1. No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Vouchers that have expired
- Multiple purchases exceeding the permitted quantity
- Changes in personal plans without prior notice, particularly for appointment-based deals
- Accidental or mistaken purchases
- Personal reasons or discretionary excuses
2. Voucher Purchase Limits
A maximum of two (2) vouchers is permitted per account or per person. Vouchers may be purchased as gifts for others, subject to merchant approval.
3. Voucher Verification & Redemption
Buyers must notify the merchant in advance when redeeming a voucher. All vouchers must be verified as authentic prior to requesting any goods or services.
4. Additional Charges
Any charges incurred beyond the value of the deal or offer shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase deals on this site, or be supervised by an adult when making a purchase. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement or have parental/guardian consent.
6. Identity and Profile
Fake, suspicious, or coded names are not permitted and may result in suspension or blocking of the account. Please complete your profile upon registration with accurate personal details to avoid issues with verification and redemption.
