Rules:

  1. Wear appropriate dance or sports attire
  2. Proper footwear is required for safety
  3. Follow instructor guidance at all times
  4. Respect fellow participants and personal space
  5. No food or drinks on the dance floor
  6. Warm-up before class and cool down after
  7. Participation should be safe and positive for everyone
